Description
The Ready to Learn Interoception kit is a free resource from the Department for Education in South Australia. It contains an introduction to the research, a series of interoception activities/an interoception curriculum and some resources to support the implementation of interoception in the classroom. This kit is suitable for home and school for children and young people of all ages. The activities can also be used by adults.
